How Much Is Too Much?

When it comes to living for Less, what does that mean too you? I guess what I am asking is how much is too much? I don't expect to just one day stop living the way I do and stop being who I am and start being the woman over in the river washing my clothes.

I am not sure if there is ever easy to to gauge how much less they can really live until it is tried out. For example, I am happy as can be to make my own pizza instead of ording it from the local Pizza Hut. Why because making it first off cost me about $2.00 and that is for 2 pizza's vs. their price for 2 pizza's of over $30 so that is $28 dollars that you didn't have to spend and plus the home-made one are way better than anything you can buy.

Can you tell me how much is too much?

Green Living = Living For Less

Does green living = Livng for Less

Well, we can make many things ourselves which in turn is usually cheaper and better for us.
For instance I have mentioned making your own cleaners. I have an article my husband gave to me about 10 mintues ago about making your own Catsup in 3 minutes or less? What about making your own Mayo or even your own Syrup? I could do it, could you?

I am going to try out some of these recipes and I will take snap shots and post the recipes and the results. I will also share my product so I can get an outside view point on how it taste. I will let everyone know the results.

I plan on starting next weekend.... Wish me luck!

More Family

This is at Universal Studios Hollywood, CA with the Halo guy. I had no idea then how much my kids would love the game Halo! This picture was taken several years ago! Oh how I miss going to Universal what an awesome place.

So here we are it is Saturday afternoon, my son is at a Madden Tournment at the PX on here on the base. I am searching the web for freebies and yes when I find them I will of course share. My husband and daughter are down stairs talking about home improvements and horse, I am not sure how that goes together but somehow it does for them. I wanted to share with you today some of my 8 pets.

This baby is Spike, she is a girl, 7 years old and has been a very good member of our family. I posted the other baby in an earlier post. Spike has been with us for 6 years we got her in Pensacola Florida in 2003 she was one when we got her. She is such a good girl and I honestly think she knows it. This doesn't have anything to do with living for less, I know but for me, she is my company when the kids are at school and my husband is at work, Spike and Kona we all take a nap together.
